Greetings Delegates, Chairs, and Directors,

I am Heranh CHHUN, and it is my utmost pleasure to welcome you to the fourth edition of CIACA's annual Model United Nations conference - CIACAMUN IV. 

This year's theme 'Tying Relations, Alleviating Conflicts' emphasizes the urgency of mutual collaboration and effective diplomacy in a world increasingly marked by both social and  political division and discord. Delegates, as global citizens and future leaders, it is in our responsibilities to foster dialogue and seek solutions to the problems we face.

Over the course of three days, you will partake in fruitful debates, forge new bonds, and make unforgettable memories. Your presence and participation is what makes this experience meaningful. We're eagerly looking forward to seeing you at the conference.
