The Special Political and Decolonization Committee (GA4)
HEAD CHAIR
My name is Ng Andypiseth, and I believe that once every country has been bombed, Peace will be made.

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as your Chair for CIACAMUN IV. I look forward to guiding you through what promises to be a thought-provoking committee session.

SPECPOL plays a vital role in addressing some of the most pressing and complex issues in international relations. While I am excited to witness diplomatic exchanges and the ideas that each of you will bring to the table, I also encourage you to challenge norms, question assumptions, and bring your country’s interests to life with diplomacy and strategy.

Andy Piseth Ng
DEPUTY CHAIR

Jolie Kheng
Delegates of SPECPOL,

The topics we are about to discuss are not a relic of history, but a living reality. One that shapes headlines, policies, and human lives every single day.

My name is Kheng Jolie, and I’m honored to serve as your Deputy Chair for SPECPOL this year. With five years of competitive debate and a passion for leadership, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the art of dialogue. To me, SPECPOL isn’t just a committee; it’s a forge for diplomacy, a place where bold solutions shape and voices find their strength.

As we tackle one of the world’s most complex and contentious issues, I hope to see our committee come alive with ideas where diplomacy is daring, creativity is celebrated, and resolutions are crafted not only with precision but with heart.

Let’s make this the BEST committee. See you soon!
