HEAD CHAIR
My name is Tom Callebaut, I’m 16 and a junior at the Lycée Français René Descartes in Phnom Penh. I’m thrilled to be serving as your Deputy Chair for the Human Rights Council at this conference. This will be my sixth MUN but my very first time chairing which means I’m just as excited (and maybe slightly nervous) as some of you might be. My goal is to create a space where diplomacy meets a good atmosphere: serious debate, smart solutions, and a few laughs along the way. I want everyone to feel welcome, step out of their comfort zone, and genuinely enjoy the experience.
