My name is Fancy Diamond Chhoeun, a Senior at CIA First International School, and I’m honored to be serving as your Deputy Chair for the United Nations Human Rights Council. Having participated in numerous MUN conferences, I’ve grown passionate about global human rights issues, and the power of informed diplomacy. I’m excited to help facilitate meaningful dialogue, ensure a productive and respectful committee environment, and support each of you throughout this conference.
