Greetings Delegates,
My name is Sethsobotra Vich, and I am honored to serve as Head Chair of Junior General Assembly 1 at this year’s conference. I will be a junior attending CIA First by the time of the conference, and this marks my 11th conference, with several experiences both as a delegate and a chair.
For most of you it'll be your first MUN. I’ve been in your shoes before, as a new delegate unsure of how things work and I want you to know that this is a space to learn, grow, make friends and most importantly, have fun! We’ll be exploring important topics like cyber warfare and the use of AI in the military, but don’t worry if these sound tricky, we’re here to help you understand and enjoy the debate.I can’t wait to meet all of you. Let’s make this a great experience together!

My name is Kanikar Ly, I am 16 years old and currently a sophomore in AUPPHS-FA. This will be my 4th conference and officially marks my first experience as a chair. I hope to have a thrilling experience with everyone. Moreover, I encourage all delegates to remain active throughout the entire debate and remember to have fun!
