My name is Qiqi Shen, I am a Senior at the Canadian International School of Phnom Penh, and have been granted the esteemed honor to serve as your Crisis Director/Head Chair. This will be my 15th MUN conference, and 9th as a Chair. Crisis may be daunting for newcomers, but I promise to ensure, to the best of my abilities, that every one of you will leave CIACAMUN IV with immense pride and passion for change, at least one new thing learned and one new friend made.

Greetings to all my future diplomats in crisis, My name is Jolie and I am delighted to be serving as your deputy chair for this council!

Given crisis's nature, I am expecting a lot of action and fun happening during our time whilst maintaining diplomacy as we explore sensitive international issues. I hope delegates are able to put themselves in the shoes of political leaders in either resolving the South China Sea disagreement or preventing the escalation of the Russia Ukraine conflict.

My name is Nov Rithyuth, and I would love to welcome you to the Crisis Committee as your Crisis Director. My name is Nico, and I will be serving as your backroom chair for this crisis committee! This will be my first committee where I serve as a chair, and I will do my absolute best to bring an entertaining, diplomatic, and mostly fun experience. Though I may not be the most experienced chair, I am always open and willing to help you out if you have any inquiries or concerns, so don't be afraid to ask me anything (I'm not that scary).
